To cancel, change or exchange your order, please contact us directly with your order number and details of the product and your request with your name and order number in the subject line. Please send this email to

If you have already received your item, please package it up and send it back direct to the seller within 14 days of contacting us to let us know about your return. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service with a proof of postage. Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for the postage costs unless there is a fault with the product. Please do not throw away many faulty item before discussing this direct with the seller as this may affect your refund.

You will be responsible for any reduction in value of the product by way of your handling of the product in any way other than that which is necessary for establishing the nature of the product. This also includes the handling of the product whilst in transit.

Perishable products

Personal items sold with a hygiene seal where that seal is broken
